Initial Consultation

Our commitment begins at your initial consultation. We take the time to understand your
vision and every expected detail for your special day. No detail is ever overlooked. We are
dedicated to creating the unique experience you have wished for. Avantgarde Design can
assure a breathtaking event that will leave a lasting impression with beautiful flowers. From
the elation of first seeing your bouquet to the end of the reception, we will make your
wedding event unforgettable.

Details

It is absolutely necessary to schedule an initial appointment. It will take an hour to an hour and a half to discuss all of the details. We require you to have the ceremony and reception venues selected. Dress and tux colors must be selected, as well. This information is imperative in order to create unique florals for you that match the colors and styles of your wedding.

Know your floral budget. Everyone has a budget. Only you can decide what you are
comfortable spending. 
 Each wedding is unique.

Avantgarde Design does not have a minimum spend on wedding services, however, a
typical wedding is between $5,000 and $8,000. 

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date for you. This will secure your date and still allow for the many decisions that may be made after the consultation. The deposit is deducted from the final balance due on your order. A copy of the order will
be given at the time the deposit is given. Estimates without deposits will be held for seven days only.

We encourage you to bring any and all ideas with you such as magazine photos, photos from other weddings, Pinterest, etc. We also need photos of your gown and bridesmaids' dresses, as well as fabric swatches, if possible.
